14' tall sculpture of The Iron Giant, from the movie of the same name, for Alamo Drafthouse in Omaha, NE. Constructed of foam with an interior steel structure, this sculpture had to travel up a service elevator to live on the second floor of the Alamo Drafthouse. Due to the small space of the elevator, the giant had to be split into pieces that were assembled on site. Responsibilities: structural design, sculpture design, assembly design, creating and cutting CNC router files, creating blueprints, leading team for proper assembly and finish work, assisting in assembly and install.
